End of Another Great Season

We have come to the end of an eventful tennis season; with our new courts in place and again a great response from the local tennis 'frantics'.

2024 Singles Championships

Our 2024 Club Singles Championship was played on Sunday 21st April. 20 intrepid players ventured out on the new courts to compete for the coveted singles cup as well as some fabulous prizes donated by Elders Cranbrook and Bendigo Bank - Community Bank Tambellup Cranbrook.

Congratulations to everyone who played; the tennis, company and weather were sensational!

Our 2024 Club Singles Champions were:-

• Mens Champion: Sam Graham

• Runner-up: Chris Wise

• Ladies Champion: Alexandra Riggall

• Runner-up: Clare King

• B-Grade-Mens winner: Chris Tomlinson

• Runner-up: Dexter Banaynal

• Ladies winner: Olivia Riggall

• Runner-up: Mel Adams

2024 LGSTA INTER CLUB CHALLENGE

Tenterden Tennis Club came away as champs again in 2024 as we successfully defended our title.

On Sunday 28th April, 7 clubs from across the Lower Great Southern Tennis Association competed in the newly named Inter Club Challenge at Emu Point Tennis Club.

Teams consisted of 4 ladies and 4 men, playing ladies and mens doubles. Our girls were undefeated all day and the boys won 4 out of their 6 matches. It was a big day of tennis!

Thank you Alex, Clare, Rene, Zali, Sam, Chris, Mark and Trav for giving up your time to play for TTC. You are legends!

Thanks also to our cheer squad!

Well done to Olivia Riggall who played for the On Court Tennis junior team.

The weather, tennis, company and the win all made for a fabulous day out.
